MATERIALS Work integrated by six bidimensional modules of (0.76×0.53)m. integrated by two collages on white paper. As for the collages, there are fragments of adhesive tape, mercromine and illegible self-censored writings. The six modules are individually framed.
CONCEPT This work arises from events such as the one stated in the title of the piece, which were continuously repeated during the Franco regime – sharpening in the last years of it – and which led to police raids in which many people were tortured, tried and imprisoned.
EXHIBITIONS This version 1 has been shown in public on only two occasions: at the 2010 and 2011 ARCO fairs; on both occasions inside the warehouse of the Adora Calvo Gallery in Salamanca.
OTHER INFORMATION This is one of the first conceptual works produced by the author in 1974. It arises from specific situations experienced by the author during the Francoist period.
